Property Taxes:

Tom Fann believes that excessive property taxes drive seniors from their homes and weakens economic growth. Excessive reassessments can not be tolerated in this period of declining home values and a weakening economy.

Sensible Growth:

St. Charles County is at a crossroads between sensible growth and irresponsible development. Tom Fann believes that smart development will fight to ensure that our county does not squeeze out our beautiful green spaces with ill-conceived housing developments. A great quality of life demands sensible development, not just more development.

Roads:

Tom Fann will work with our state legislatures to ensure that St. Charles County recieves adequate funding for future road development, such as the Page Extension, and funds to improve the condition of the roads we already have.

Voice of Reason:

Tom Fann will be a voice of reason between the County Council and the various city governments within St. Charles County. Tom will work for all of us,not just a few.
